Obituary for Anastacia Andros Rice 11/12/29 to 12/9/18. Our precious mom passed away suddenly on December 9, 2018, but just as quickly our sad hearts have overflowed with loving memories. Her days were filled with thoughts of family: Her two remaining children, Melvin Sheldon “Pete” Rice and Cynthia Kelly-Spera; devoted son-in-law Frank Spera; cherished grandchildren Maureen and Brian Kelly, and Kristy and Ryan Rice; step-grandchildren Claire, Marion and Sophia Spera; her twin sister Kathleen Helm and brother Jim Andros, both of whom she treasured, and Jimmy?

s wife, Laurie Ballard Andros; and nieces Mary, Nancy, and Debbie Helm. She was ever-devoted to those who sadly pre-deceased her: Father Harry Andros; step-father William Oliver; nephew Tommy Helm; her sister Kathleen’s partner Joe Svoma; and her youngest son, Craig Rice, which was her greatest heartache. But most of all, every single day of her life since they left her was spent thinking of, talking to, and feeling thankful for the love and support of her beloved mother Marguerite Shalhoob Oliver and older sister Helen Andros.

Mom was uncomplaining and simple in her wants and needs. A warm, sunny day and remembrances of friends and loved ones was all she required.
