Obituary for Andres Vega Andres Vega, age 72 of Houston entered into eternal rest on July 5, 2018. He was born on April 18, 1946 to Pascual Vega and Carmen Reyna. Andres is preceded in death by both his parents Pascual Vega and Carmen Reyna; daughter Sandra Gabriela Vega; brothers Pedro Vega, Ignacio Vega; and sisters Hilaria Ortiz and Gabriela Vega.

He is survived by his loving family which include his wife Martina Vega, daughters Diana Freiermuht and Sandra Vega; grandsons Joaquin Garza Jr., Daniel Garza, and Andres Freiermuht; granddaughters Angelica Garza and Emma Freiermuht; great granddaughters Peyton Garza and Ava Faith Ramirez; great grandson Joaquin Garza III; along with three brothers and three sisters. Fan of the Houston Astros, but when the Astros would lose he would say “Astros Suck”, and when bases were loaded with no outs he would say “Strike Out Double Play”. His most joy was to make his grandkids happy.

He would do anything for his grandkids and great grandkids. He would give his grandkids ice cream cones and ice cream sandwiches for breakfast. He would go every morning to McDonalds to get his coffee with his friends.

He loved to watch youtube, old VHS, and home made videos from his hometown San Juan de Guadalupe Durango MX. Visitation will be held Monday, July 9, 2018, 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, 11:00 am at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, with Juan De Dios Perez, officiating.

Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery. All services are under the care of Morales Funeral Home.
