Obituary for Andrew Gregory Andrew Robert Gregory, beloved husband, brother, son and friend to many, passed away August 21, 2018 in his Broomfield home. Andrew had been bravely battling stage IV colon cancer for over 2 years. Andrew was born in Bolton, United Kingdom to Allan and Kathleen on April 19, 1978.
Andrew’s family moved to Pen-Y-Gardden, North Wales when he was 10 and he attended Lindisfarne College and then NEWI Wrexham for a degree in aeronautical engineering. Andrew moved to Colorado as he turned 22. Andrew met Emily, the love of his life in Denver, Colorado and they were married in Britain; their 5 year anniversary is next month.
Andrew is survived by his wife, parents, sister Donna, a gaggle of cherished nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends he loved unconditionally. Andrew loved time with friends, all things aviation, traveling to new destinations, but mostly, Andrew loved his wife and his family. His eyes sparkled the most when he made people laugh.
Andrew fought cancer with never-ending hope and relentless valor. Services will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 10:30 am at Holy Comforter Episcopal Church, 1700 W. 10th Ave. Broomfield, CO 80020, as well as across the pond in Greater Manchester and Hampton Court, England.
