Andy Lee Philpot, 40 Beloved son, grandson, nephew and friend, Andy Lee Philpot, 40, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away July 14, 2018 at the Kootenai Medical Center of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He was born on December 20, 1977 in Silverton, Idaho to Steve Philpot and Louise Smith. Andy grew up in the Silver Valley.

He attended and graduated from the Wallace High School Class of 1996. He later moved to Post Falls. Andy worked various jobs over the years, including landscaping, working at restaurants and finally at K-5 Services out of Post Falls.

In his free time Andy enjoyed riding his bicycle, going fishing, camping and spending time in the great outdoors. He enjoyed most, spending time with his family and friends. Andy was full of life, humor and was just a great guy to be around.

He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed forever. Andy is survived by his mother Lou Smith; father Steve Philpot and step-mother Bonnie Philpot; grandmothers Louise Graffenberger and Arletta Robson. He is also survived by his uncles and aunts Paula (Floyd) Olson, Linda Christensen, Sandy (John) Rush and Trish (Ted) Nickelby; cousins Kristi (Joe) Lutes, Robert (Pam) Christensen, Becky (Troy) Hoking and numerous second cousins.

Andy was preceded in death by his grandfathers Paul Graffenberger and George Robson; his uncle Fred Christensen and his cousin Michelle Roberts. Private family services will be held at a later date. One may sign Andy’s online guest book at www.
