Obituary for Andy R. Rafael Andy R. Rafael, 47, of Honolulu passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Queen’s Hospital. He was born to father Gavino M. Rafael and mother Angeles M. Macadangdang in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 12, 1971. He did earn his Associates degree.

Andy was disabled, therefore never worked. He is survived by his sister Ann Rafael-Straka. Funeral services for Andy R. Rafael will be on Thursday, October 04, 2018 at St. Anthony Church (Kalihi); Visitation will be at 5:30 pm; Service will begin at 7:00 pm.

Second day service will be held on Friday, October 05, 2018 at St. Anthony (Kalihi); Visitation will be at 9:00 am; Service will start at 10:30 am; Burial to follow at Valley of The Temples Memorial Park (47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744).
