Anita Diane Sams, 60 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Monday, April 30, 2018 with family by her side. She was born March 4, 1958 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to the late Kenneth Moore and Vanita Evelyn Duncan Moore. She married the love of her life, Lucky Jay Sams on June 13, 1980 in Miami, Oklahoma.

Anita was a member of the Lakeside Church of Christ in Sand Springs and she loved her church family and attending church services and functions. She loved to sew and do special craft projects for her grandbabies as-well-as baking and canning pickles and various jellies.

She loved her family and loved to be out and about. Anita is survived by her loving husband, Lucky Jay Sams of the home; two sons, Jason Finney and Lucas Sams and wife Steph, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one daughter, Shyloe Sams of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two brothers, Lee Moore of Owasso, Oklahoma and Jimmy Moore of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one grandson, Jaxyn Crossley of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Kayla Sams of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Vanita Moore; grandparents, Selma and Thearn Deal; one brother, Donnie Williams and one grandson, Kal-El Sams.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 3 – 7pm at Dillon Marler Dighton Funeral Home, 1200 N. Cleveland Ave. , Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Lakeside Church of Christ, 619 North Woodland Drive, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 with Pastor Mickey White officiating.

Burial will follow at Woodland Memorial Park in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
