Obituary for Anita L. Brown Anita L. Brown, 72, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. She was born October 19, 1945 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of Harry Roscoe and Jeanne (Bell) Fouts. Preceding her in death were her parents; five brothers, Jim Fouts, Charles Fouts, Perry Fouts, John Fouts, and Bob Fouts; and one sister, Judy Ivers.

Survivors include one son, Greg Smith and wife, Pari McFarland-Smith, of Oswego, Illinois; one daughter, Gena Melvin of Bicknell, Indiana; one brother, Keith Fouts and wife, Carol, of Princeton, Indiana; two sisters, Betty DeBeouf and Joann Goodwin both of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and seven grandchildren, Hannah Wesley, Jalie Melvin, Jacob Smith, and Katie Smith, Brodie Mizeur, Braun Mizeur, and Benton Mizeur. The body will be cremated, and a private memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
