Ann Beermann September 01, 1941 – January 30, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Ann Beermann, 77, of Warwick, RI, Venice, FL, and Simsbury, CT passed away on January 30th, 2019. Ann is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 59 years, James Beermann, her brother Michael Boudreau and his wife Chris from East Greenwich, RI, and her three children, Michael Beermann and his wife Marylou of Waltham, MA, Jim Beermann, and his wife Jackie of Tampa, FL, and Catherine Sullivan and her husband RJ of Simsbury, CT. Ann and Jim have 8 grandchildren, Ben, Caroline, Abigail, Cy, and Max Beermann, and Brendan, Jack and Grace Sullivan, ranging in age from 19-27.

Ann married her high school sweetheart while he was a Marine, and then they raised their family in Warwick, RI. She attended RI College for music education and piano, and earned her masters degree in Guidance Counseling. She also held her solo pilots license as a student of her late father, Hal Boudreau.

She taught and guided middle schoolers in the Warwick Schools for more than 20 years. She was a great pianist, accompanists, teacher, friend, avid fan of her grandchildren’s baseball and soccer games, dance recitals, concerts, and musical theater productions, and loved her Rhode Island Beaches. Funeral Service, Saturday, February 9th at 10:00am at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich, RI.

Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McLean Care, 75 Great Pond Rd. , Simsbury, CT 06070.
