Ann Bryant, 95, of Mentone, Indiana and formerly of Akron passed at 10:34 am, Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019. She was born July 10, 1923 in South Bend, Ind.

to Valentine and Martha (Langner) Sobecki. She married on Feb. 2, 1944 in St. Adalbert Catholic Church of South Bend, Ind.

to David L. Bryant, who preceded her on Nov. 16, 2010. Ann was a homemaker and in earlier years she volunteered for the United Way.

She attended Washington High School of South Bend. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was avid Notre Dame fan for many years.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Jo and husband Gary Dixon, Valparaiso; two sons, James and wife Karen Bryant, Warsaw, and Robert and wife Sue Bryant, Pendleton; five grandchildren, Michael and wife Andrea, Kevin and wife Emily, Betsy husband Mark, Eric and wife Christin and Neal; eleven great-grandchildren; and a sister Emily Williams, Stringer, Miss She was preceded by her parents, husband David, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers.
