Ann’s Obituary Ann J. Banks died on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Chandler Hall in Newtown at the age of 79. Born in Teaneck, NJ, daughter of the late Ann (Harris) and Nestor Jaquin, Ann has been a resident of Levittown since 1954. She was a 1958 graduate of the former Delhaas High School.

Ann was a graduate of West Chester University and subsequently taught Elementary Education for 5 years prior to having 3 children. She was active in the Samuel Everitt PTO, having served one year as President. She later became an insurance fraud investigator for NJM Insurance Company in Trenton and was named Woman of the Year by them at the 1997 NJSIA Seminar in Altantic City.

Ann was married to the late Walter T. Banks and enjoyed a number of years with him traveling here and abroad as well. She is survived by children, Amy Heilig (Dan) and their children, Jake, Abigail and Casey; Greg Muschlitz (Jennifer) and their children, Ella and Alexander; and Heather Fowler (William) and their children, Ashley, Lauren and Ryan. Ann will also be sadly missed by her cousins, Glenn Harris and Maureen Kunz; and Walter’s children, Rosemary McGlynn (Dennis) and their daughter, Kate; Thomas Banks; Stephen Banks; and Claire Zovko (Joseph) and their children, Taylor and Adam.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, March 17, 2019, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution to your favorite charity would be appreciated.
