Ann T. Tedeschi (nee: Jurkiewicz), 66, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. With a passion for helping others, Ann began her gratifying career as a social worker which began with The Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) then Bayonne Medical Center and most recently the Jersey City Board of Education. She was also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Over the years her interests included art, painting and meeting at the Bayonne Art Museum with her fellow members from the Bayonne Art Circle. Ann embraced life to the fullest and enjoyed the comforts of home and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing her.

Ann was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas A. and Stella (Zygmund) Jurkiewicz and her brother Michael Jurkiewicz. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 40 years, Francis; daughter Lindsay, son Lee, and two brothers, Richard and Edward Jurkiewicz. A visitation will be held at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home on Monday, January 28, from 9:00 am to 11:00 immediately followed by a catholic wake service in the funeral home chapel.
