Anna E. Caley (nee: Bielan) passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 29, 2018. She was born in Prum, Germany to the late Sofia (nee: Schmitz) and Joseph Bielan, she was a long time Bayonne resident. She was a nursing assistant at Bayonne Medical Center for over 26 years.

Anna is survived by her beloved children, Catherine E. Steiner (Mark T.), Joseph J. Caley (Mary Elizabeth) and Kevin M. Caley (Megan); her cherished grandchildren, Christopher Ward (Tatyana), Julia Rachel, Maggie Grace, Maeve Shannon and Ryan Joseph Caley; her adoring great granddaughter, Annabelle Ward; her dear siblings, Therseia Malthaner, Josephine Fifeld, Maria Schneider, Altvoise Dornsbusch and Peter Bielan; and beloved companion, Max. She was predeceased by her loving son, Michael; and dear sibling, Gunther Bielan. The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday, January 3, 2019.

A funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish at St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Donations may be made to the Liberty Humane Society.
