Sellersburg, Indiana Anne Marie Lavery, 79, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 20, 2018 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on September 3, 1939 to the late Edward and Lela (Dion) Harrison in Watervliet, New York. Mrs. Lavery was a homemaker and worked in retail for many years.

She was a member of St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. John Paul Campus). Mrs. Lavery was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Lavery. Survivors include her sons, Darryl Lavery of Louisville, Kentucky, James Lavery III of Sharon Springs, New York, her daughters, Patricia Sleasman (Anthony) of Cohoes, New York, Darlene Clark (Scott) of Clifton Park, New York and her brother, Ned Harrison (Carol) of Northborough Massachusetts.

Mrs. Lavery is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A private memorial service for her family will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Darlene and Scott Clark’s home (#8 Tudor Street Clifton Park, New York 12065). In lieu of flowers the family request expressions of sympathy to be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org).
