84, of Cranston passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at RI Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Mario A. Macera Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Sherman Sr., and Anne (Rayhill) Sherman. Anne was a cook’s helper for the State of RI for many years until her retirement.

She loved her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Anne is survived by her loving children Mario A. Macera Jr., and his wife Lucille of Cranston, Linda Macera of Cambridge, MA, Donna Macera of Johnston, Stephen Macera of Cranston, Ann DeFante of Cranston, Judy Baccaire and her husband John of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of six and great-grandmother of twelve.

Anne was the sister of the late Arthur Sherman JR. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Home Service on Monday, December 17th, at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
