Annette LeHouillier (nee Lukaszewicz), of Crystal Lake, passed away November 27, 2018 at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington. She was born February 24, 1941 in Oakland, California to the late Neva Lukaszewicz. For the majority of her life, Annette resided in Connecticut.

She and her husband moved to Crystal Lake in 2004 to be with their daughter Linda and family. Annette loved her family; she was a great wife, mother and grandma. She will be sadly missed.

Annette is survived by her daughters, Wanda Purcell, son-in-law, Thomas, Linda O’Malley, and son-in-law, Conor O’Malley; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Melissa, Katie and Patrick; her great-granddaughter, Madelyn; her sisters, Susan Anderson, Carol Hale; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, parents, sister, Diane Brune and brother, Stanley Lukaszewicz.
