Annise “Annie” Marie Berry, 75, of Chesapeake, OH passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born on September 5, 1943, a daughter of the late Delbert Adkins Sr. and Gladys Gifford Adkins. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Virgil Adkins; two sisters, Thelma Slayton and Iris Basenback.

Annie is survived by her daughter, Tracy Berry, of Chesapeake, OH; two brothers, Samuel (Louise) Adkins, of Lavalette, WV and Delbert (Lois) Adkins Jr., of Sevierville, TN; 1 sister, Rosetta Barbour, of Proctorville, OH, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, OH. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
