Anthony C. Gustis, 62, Pottsville, passed away Sunday at his residence. Born in Pottsville, February 29, 1956, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Petrosky) Gustis. He was a graduate from Penn State University obtaining a Bachelor of Sociology.

Anthony worked for Hexcel Corporation, St. Clair for several years. He enjoyed motorcycles and had a passion for woodwork. In addition to his parents, Anthony was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Gustis.

Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Maria S. (Zhevagina) Gustis; son, Alex Gustis; daughter, Nina Gustis; brother, Bernard Gustis; and sisters, Alice DeMaio, Anna M. Schneider, Madeline Gustis, and Dorothy DiChiara. Funeral Services will be held 12PM Friday at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, 515 W. Market St., Pottsville. Family and friends may call from 10AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
