He was born on February 15, 1979, to Willie Parker Sr. and Maria D. Jones- Hubley. He was preceded in death by one brother Robert Lorrell Jones and one niece Arrionce Martte Jones; his paternal grandparents CP and Marget Parker Sr. and his maternal grandfather Joe Louis Jones Sr. Anthony was an avid Bible Reader and Loved the Lord.

He received the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age. Anthony was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri Public School. He earned an Electrical Mechanic Certificate, graduating top of his class from Vatterott College in 2004.

Anthony worked at General Motors until his illness in 2015. He leaves to cherish his life and memories; one daughter Angel C. Jones and her mother Candi D. Love; his mother and stepfather Maria D. (Walter) Hubley of the home; His father and stepmother Willie (Elise) Parker Sr; his maternal grandmother Frankie J. Alexander all of Kansas City, Missouri; two brothers, six sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, STP brothers and host of friends.
