Anthony was born November 2, 1956 in Chicago. He passed away June 5, 2018 in Huntley. Anthony worked for Segerdahl Graphics for over 25 years.

He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Cubs World Series win on his birthday. Anthony was quick to share his knowledge with anyone he met. Above all, his family was most important, and food a close second.

He was preceded in death by his brother Philip Muffoletto; father Salvatore, mother, Teresa; step mother Sebastiana DiFrancesca-Muffoletto; and step sister Anna Maria (late Santo) Lapi. Anthony is survived by his spouse, Joann Muffoletto; children, Nichole (John) Silmon, Anthony J. Muffoletto, and Michael Muffoletto; grandson, Wesley Silmon; brother, Salvatore (Joyce) Muffoletto; and step brothers, Roy (Maria) DiFrancesca, Santo (Diana) DiFrancesca, Angelo (Carol) DiFrencesca, and Joseph (late Lina) DiFrancesca. Visitation will be 3-8pm Sunday June 10 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington, and from 10am until the funeral service at 11am, Monday June 11 at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
