Antoinette Lee Carruthers August 03, 1939 – May 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Antoinette Lee Carruthers, 79, of Wellington, died May 20, 2019 following a year long illness. She was born August 3, 1939 in Martins Ferry, OH and for the past 7 years lived in Wellington. Antoinette and her late husband, Richard, were members and volunteers at the American Legion Post #8 and the Eagles #2051 in Wellington.

She had also enjoyed spending time at flea markets. Antoinette is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (John) Tite, Tammy Carruthers, and Karen Korka all of Elyria; grandchildren, Gerald and Richard Hawley, and Jamie Korka; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christopher, Nicholas, and Madeline; sister, Carolyn Padyjasek; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Richard C. in 2011; parents, Andrew and Helen Marie (nee Ashman) Padyjasek; brother, Joseph Padyjasek; and grandson, Jeremy Korka.

Arrangements were in the care of Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Elyria.
