Obituary for April Beattie Superwoman ascended back home to be with the creator of Heaven and Earth on December 6, 2018. Her super powers included loving her family above all things, spreading love and laughter to everyone she encountered and shining a light in the darkness. Cancer was the kryptonite of her body, but not of her soul.

She continued to crack jokes about everything not letting her illness get the best of her. She will forever be known for her immense strength and unforgettable sense of humor. All heroes should be remembered as such.

Captain’s Cove Resort will be holding a Memorial Benefit in honor of April on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 12-8pm. All proceeds will go towards a Memorial Fund for April. Many lives were touched by this amazing soul.
