April Sarah Smith, 61, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2019 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Wayne New Jersey. April is survived by her loving husband of 43 years Michael Wiggins, cherished sister to Elizabeth Smith Zbornik and two brothers Kent Smith, Alexander Smith with Susan Meadow, sister in law Maureen Smith, nephew Benjamin Downey, three nieces Jennifer, Kelly and Emily Smith, and her K-9 fur babies English Spring Spaniels K.C and Jamie. April was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Elizabeth Smith and her sister Maureen Phelen.

April was employed by United Postal Service as Carrier/Clerk for over 20 years. She was a proud member of Vietnam Veteran Local 164, MS Society and ASPCA. April loved animals and she had a great sense of humor.
