Jan Jakacki, 82 years old of Oak Ridge, NJ passed away suddenly on February 21, 2019. Jan was born in Koziki Poland and came to the United Stated in 1984. Jan is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Janina Jakacka (nee Czajkowska), two beloved children Mariola Zalewska and Andrzej Jakacki, his brother Henryk Jakacki with his wife Stefania, 3 grandchildren Kamil, Karolina, Klaudia and 2 great grandchildren Wojciech and Piotr.

Jan was predeceased by his parents Boleslaw and Marianna Jakacki, two brothers Piotr and Tadeusz Jastrzebski. Jan loved to watch soccer and spend the time with his family. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
