Ardeth’s Obituary Ardeth “Bunny” Tainter 86 of West Boylston died peacefully at home on January 2, 2019. Bunny was born in Worcester to her late parents, Charles Henry Clifford and Gladys (Loomer) Tainter. She lived most of her life in Shrewsbury and worked part time at Stop & Shop before retiring and moving to West Boylston in 2006.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert H. Tainter who died in 2011. Bunny is survived by her daughters Cheryl Newton and her husband Paul, June Pugliese with whom she lived, Michelle Christmas and her husband Randy, a son Paul Tainter and his wife Karen. Bunny also leaves eight grandchildren, one great grandchild on the way, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, Robert, her brother Sergeant “Bud” Clifford, sister Shirley Kelly, daughter Gail Popillo, son in-law Raymond Pugliese, and grandson Michael Pugliese all predeceased her. Bunny, will be remembered and missed in the hearts of all who knew her, especially her hugs whenever she gathered with family and friends. She was an extremely dedicated mother, a loving, caring, compassionate friend, and spiritual mom to many.

Bunny was a longtime member of Freedom Worship Center, West Boylston, where she ministered with truth, grace, love, and wisdom. She lived her life selflessly full of faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, being at the ocean, reading, jigsaw puzzles, and encouraging others on Facebook.

Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, January 5 from 1:30 – 2:30 in Freedom Worship Center, 141 West Boylston St. West Boylston. A service of celebration will follow at 2:30 pm in the church. Burial will be held Monday January 7, 11 am at Mountain View Cemetery in Shrewsbury.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Freedom Worship Center, 141 West Boylston St., West Boylston.
