OBITUARY Arizona “Lone” Morris November 22, 1931 – December 23, 2018 Arizona Morris, age 87, of Louisville, walked into the arms of Jesus Dec 23, 2018. She was a native of Edmonson County, and a devoted member of Lyons Missionary Baptist Church in downtown Louisville for over 50 years. Her lifelong commitment was to serve her church, community, and all of whom came into contact for the glory of God.

She began her working career sweeping floors at Brown Williamson Tobacco Company in 1955. Arizona retired of Brown Williamson after 48 years of committed service. Arizona was preceded in death by her parents Grover Cleveland White and Ethel Young White and seven siblings.

Arizona is survived by brothers Dee, Clifford and Grover White, sister Geneva Miles, a host of loving nieces and nephews and her beloved church family. A special note of appreciation is extended to the staff of Franciscan Health for their compassionate care. The visitation will be held on Thursday December 27, 2018 from 2-6pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 12pm in Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel. Memorial Donations in Arizona’s name can be made to Lyon’s Missionary Baptist Church. FAMILY Arizona was preceded in death by her parents Grover Cleveland White and Ethel Young White and seven siblings.

Arizona is survived by brothers Dee, Clifford and Grover White, sister Geneva Miles, a host of loving nieces and nephews and her beloved church family.
