OBITUARY Armida D. Navarro September 26, 1932 – July 15, 2018 Armida “Santa” Denny Navarro Our darling mother passed away on Sunday July 15, 2018. She was a lifelong El Pasoan and “Once an Indian, always an Indian”. Our Saint was preceded in death by her husband Raul L. Navarro Sr, her mama Esperanza Denny and several precious relatives and friends.

She is survived by her children Linda Navarro, Raul and Lisa Navarro, Ricky Navarro, Roger Navarro and Becky and Eddie L. McAfee Jr. The loves of her life her grandchildren, Jessica, Yvette, Raul, Eddie and Andrew. She also leaves behind all her nieces and nephews, sister and brother-in-law’s, and her precious cousins, who in her heart were her own sisters and brothers. Let’s not forget her beloved dog KoKo.

Nana “was so strong and constantly inspiring all throughout her battle with Alzheimer’s”. Our family truly expresses many many thank you’s and hugs and kisses to all our cousins, aunts, uncles and friends who cheered and comforted our mommy on her final journey on earth and to her new destination to Heaven. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 19 2018 from 5:00pm-9:00pm with a Vigil at 7:00pm at Crestview Funeral Home on 1462 N. Zaragoza.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, July 20, 2018 at 1:30pm at St. Pius X Church 1050 N. Clark Dr. followed by a graveside service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery 401 S. Zaragoza.
