Obituary for Arthur Grajeda Jr. Arthur Grajeda, 66, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 9, 2018, at the Christus Sister Mary Hospice Center. Arthur was born in Laredo, Texas to Arturo and Carmen Grajeda and lived most of his life in San Antonio, Texas. After Arthur’s first bout with cancer, he had a spiritual transformational experience; wherein, he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.

He committed to spending the rest of his life as a faithful witness of God—he did. Arthur was a Christian man passionate about spreading the Gospel and sharing his personal experience, which showed his love for the Lord. Arthur’s soul was captured and embodied by his favorite prayer, the Lord’s Prayer, and will forever be remembered.

Arthur was survived by his wife and best friend of 50 years Sharon. Arthur was extremely loving and proud of his three children, Arthur Grajeda, wife Gladys, Bridget Hernandez, husband Daniel, Brandy Grajeda and his 6 grandchildren: Erin, Amare, Miguel, Liam, Mayer & Jael. He is also survived by his siblings Rosalinda Grajeda, Mary Weaver, Yolanda Grajeda, Rene Grajeda and Robert Grajeda.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. at Mission Park South. Services will be held Saturday, April 21st, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., at Crossroads Community Church 5834 Ray Ellison Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78242. Reception to follow.
