Obituary of Arthur Kincer Arthur Odel Kincer, age 88, of Pulaski, formerly of Wytheville passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019. Born November 3, 1930 to the late Elbert Edgar and Beatrice Andrews Kincer. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 39 years, Leona Kegley Kincer; second wife of 17 years, Evelyn Bell Kincer; two brothers, John Trent Kincer, Ralph Edward Kincer; sister, Genevieve Walters; son, Eddie Trent Kincer.

Odel was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War and attended Family Worship Center- First Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is survived by two step-daughters and spouses, Doris & Danny Layne of Wytheville, Shawn & Gray Turman of Clayton, NC, and other extended family members also survive. Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow in the West End Cemetery.
