Obituary for Athika Sophia Tillman Athika Sophia Tillman, the infant daughter of William Michael Tillman, Jr and Brandi Conklin of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 1:45 PM at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center. In addition to her parents, Athika is also survived by her two brothers- Chance Conklin and Michael Phillips, Jr both of Mayfield; one sister- Oaklynn Tillman of Mayfield, Ky; grandmother- Theresa Reed of Mayfield, Ky; grandfather- Randall Conklin of Mayfield, Ky; grandparents- Jack & Rebecca Farmer of Southwest City, MO; four aunts; five uncles; 18 cousins also survive. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at the Highland Park Cemetery with John & Cathy Sheppard officiating.
