OBITUARY Audrey M. Sloffer January 29, 1917 – September 19, 2018 Audrey Marscell Sloffer, 101, passed away on to her heavenly home with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Sacred Heart Home in Avilla. She was born on January 29, 1917 at her home in Huntertown, IN. She was an active member of Huntertown United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

Surviving are her daughter, Charlotte Klerner of Fort Wayne; sons, Danford (Jean) Sloffer of Bristol, IN, Sam (Linda) Sloffer of Hanover, IN, Phil (Susan) Sloffer of Bloomington, IN, and Paul (Barbara) Sloffer of Huntertown, IN; daughter-in-law Vanessa Sloffer of Clarksville, Tn; 16 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; and many friends and extended family. Audrey was preceded in death by Walter B. Sloffer, her husband of 75 years; son, David Sloffer; her parents, Vern E. and Cecil (Fitch) McComb; brothers, Russell McComb and Danford (Bud) McComb; and sisters, Barbara Ann Kelham, Phyllis Brown, Dorothy Lucas, and Marjorie Freck; daughters-in-law, Belinda Sloffer, Anita Sloffer, and Nancy Sloffer; and son-in-law, Stephen Klerner. Service is 11:30 am, Sunday, September 23, 2018, at Huntertown United Methodist Church, 16021 Lima Road, Huntertown 46748, IN with calling one hour prior to the service.
