Obituary for Aurora Zuniga Aurora Deleon Zuniga March 28, 1936 – September 24, 2018 With Broken hearts we announce that Aurora Deleon Zuniga went to meet out Lord on September 24, 2018. On March 28, 1936 was born to Fredrico and Benita Deleon of Mexico. Aurora was a homemaker who raised her family and 3 grandchildren Amy Sue Zuniga, Christina Zuniga and Anthony Jacob Valdez-Zuniga.

She enjoyed working inn her Rose Garden. She loved attending church and the fellowship she had with her brothers and sisters in the Church. She found much joy and peace in reading the Bible.

Aurora loved spending time with her Family. Aurora is survived by her children Adam Zuniga of Tampico, WA (Linda), Esperanza (Hope) Zuniga of Boise, ID (Ray), Ana Maria Uglada of Gillette, Wy, (Rueben) Lazaro Zuniga Jr. of Toppenish, WA (Velia), Elizabeth (Licha) Zuniga of Toppenish, WA, (Joe), Suzie Zuniga of Prosser, WA (Tom) and Albert Zuniga of Wapato, WA (Yolanda). Four brothers Rodolfo Deleon – Deceased, Juan Deleon of Pasco, WA, Jesse Deleon -Deceased and Carlos Deleon of Toppenish, WA.

Five sisters Olaya Escamilla-Deceased, Elvia Capatillo-Deceased, Eva Hernandez of Yakima, WA, Cruz Viscalla of Mt. Vernon, WA and Rosa Ruiz of Pasco, WA and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Colonial Funeral Home in Toppenish.
