Obituary for Barbara Ann Saylor Hunt It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Ann Saylor Hunt announces her passing on Monday, December 31st, at the age of 71. Barbara was born in Harlan, Kentucky to Dureau “Drew” Raynes Saylor Turnage and Helton Saylor. She attended Prentiss High School and spent much of her adult life as a resident of Pascagoula, MS.

Barbara is survived by her mother Dureau “Drew” Raynes Turnage and her sister Vickie Saylor (Mike) Buchanon. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Kristie Hunt Bourn, and Robert “Bo” (Amber) Hunt Jr. Barbara will also be fondly remembered by her three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Hunt Sr., father Helton Saylor, step-father Frank Turnage Sr., and sister Patsy Saylor Lawson.

Visitation will be held at Holder-Wells Coastal Funeral Home (12800 Hwy 613, Moss Point, MS) on Friday, January 4th at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm, with burial to follow at Serene Memorial Gardens. You are invited to send condolences to the family at www.
