Barbara Burnett Ekstrom February 7, 1930 ~ June 14, 2018 Our very loved Barbara left this life on June 14, 2018, to many happy reunions in heaven. She was born in Ogden, Utah on February 7, 1930. She grew up there and graduated from Ogden High School.

Barbara married her best friend Lamont Ekstrom on February 28, 1948. They spent nearly 70 wonderful and happy years together. They made Syracuse, Utah their home for most of their married life and raised three sons together – Dee, Dennis, & Kevin.

Barbara and Lamont built a sanctuary in this life, a cabin in the mountains of Utah near Monte Cristo. The cabin was an incredible of relaxation, recreation, and countless memories for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
