Barbara “Joyce”‘s Obituary Barbara “Joyce” Moratelli, age 79 of Vineland, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 17, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Vineland to the late Jack and Amanda (Cross) Franceschi, she was a lifelong resident of Vineland and a graduate of Vineland High School, Class of 1957. Prior to her retirement and alongside her husband Pat, Joyce owned and operated the Landis Restaurant in Landisville for 12 years.

She was also the co-owner along with her daughter Joanna, of Little Achievers’ Learning Center in Turnersville for 12 years. She was affectionately known as Mrs. Nan Nan and truly loved working with the children. Joyce was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, Sacred Heart Church of Vineland.

While raising her children, she was very active in the P.T.A. and was also a 4-H leader and member of SJ Game Horse Association. Joyce enjoyed the Jersey shore, horseback riding and travelling. She loved to go to yard sales with her sister and share time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her siblings; Arlene Gross, Tommy Irons and Richard Franceschi. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Patrick “Pat” A. Moratelli of Vineland. Her 3 children; Michele Pignatore and husband Mark of Southport, NC, Joanna Corwonski and husband Tom of Newfield, NJ and Patrick Moratelli and wife Robin of Dorchester, NJ.

She is also survived by her 5 cherished grandchildren; Alicin, Michael, Barbara, Alex and Nicholas, along with her 4 great-grandchildren, her brother Gary Franceschi and wife Kim of Charlotte, NC and her sister Dolores Inferrera of Vineland. Family and friends may gather on Tuesday evening, Jan. 22nd from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave.
