Barbara Lee Otto, 82 of Drain, OR passed away on November 28, 2018. She was born on June 3, 1936 in Compton, California to parents Granville E. and Eola E. (Whitman) Raper. Barbara grew up and graduated from Yoncalla High School in 1954.

She married Leonard Otto on September 13, 1954 in Roseburg, Or. Barbara and Leonard were married for 56 years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, quilting and sewing.

She loved road trips with family and watching baseball. Barbara is survived by daughter, Carol McGeehon and husband Michael; son, Steven Otto; siblings, Norma Anderson, Mona Lancaster, Wanda Jones and Elvin Raper; grandchildren, Steven Otto and wife Abigail; great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Kelsie and Hazel Otto and numerous nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Otto on December 2, 2010, sisters, Lorraine and Ora Raper and brother, Vernon Raper.

Inurnment at Masonic Cemetery, Reedsport, OR. No services at this time. Arrangements in the care of Smith Lund Mills Funeral Chapel, Cottage Grove, OR.
