Barry Wayne Miller, 60, of Red Bud, Illinois, born on September 17, 1958, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Illinois, surrounded by his loving family. Barry was a veteran of the United States Navy and later worked as a carpenter in the construction field. Barry loved to watch the St. Louis Cardinals games as well as NASCAR racing and football games.

In his free time he loved to go fishing and loved spending time with his family. Preceding him in death are his parents, Fred and Janet Miller, nee McIntyre. Surviving are his wife, Mary Latham, his son Jeremy Miller of Horn Lake, MS, his daughter Nicole (Sonny) Leyva also of Horn Lake, MS; his brother Barton (Danette) Miller of Red Bud, IL, his sister Jill (Dennis) Phegley of Red Bud, IL.

his sister Julie (Jeff) Heidel of Red Bud, IL; his grandchildren, Jordan and Rhys Miller, Lorelai Grissom, Parker and Xiomara Leyva and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many beloved friends. Memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ruma, Illinois. All services will be private.
