Bessie Laverne Winn, 79, was called home to our Lord Jesus Christ on February 1, 2019. She was born on January 13, 1940 in Austin, Texas to Fritz and Leora Hart. She was proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Ottis Winn; daughter, Angela Cyphers and son, Fritz Cyphers.

She is survived by four children, Alton Cyphers, Jr., Stanley Cyphers, Craig Cyphers and Chaka Hill (Charles White); her sister, Loyce Clark and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday, February 9, 2019 at St. John’s Baptist Church in Dale. A celebration of life will follow at 11:00 am.

Interment to follow at Lockhart City Cemetery. Arrangements under the care and guidance of Eeds Funeral Home, 408 S. Main, Lockhart, Texas. Obituary and guestbook online at www.
