Rafael Garcia Gonzales, age 57, passed away at his home in Kyle, surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 21, 2019. He was born on October 24, 1961 in Mexico, to Carlos Garcia Rodriquez and Alicia G. Gonzales. Rafael was a painter for G.C..

Tex. Painting Inc. and enjoyed his crew mates. He loved to go to Flea Markets to find deals to do arts and crafts, and he was an inventor of sorts.

He also loved to cook and to fish, but most of all, he loved being with his grandchildren. He was a fun-loving husband, father and grandfather. Rafael was preceded by his parents and sister Juanita and survived by his loving wife Maria, 9 brothers and sisters, Nacho, Carlos, Che, Chano, Borre, Dora, Sonia, Chuya, and Marti.

3 children, Daniel, Lissandra, and Javier. 3 Beautiful grandchildren, Elijah 5 years of age, Dannilee, 3 years of age and Nayeli, the baby age 5 months. Also many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends, and he loved all of them.
