Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Bessie P. Massengill, age 61, died Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral Service will be 11:00AM Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Revs.

Glenn McCullen and Andy Johnson. Burial will follow in Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens in Smithfield. Mrs. Massengill was born on July 2, 1957 in Johnston County to Bessie Robbins Peedin of Selma and the late Graham Glenn Ford Peedin.

She was a custodian at Wendy’s in Selma. Surviving in addition to her mother are, husband of 44 years, Roy Massengill; sons, Roy Lee Massengill ,II and Bradley Glenn Massengill both of Four Oaks; grandson, Jordan Bradley Massengill of Four Oaks; sister, Jeanette Bridgers of Kenly; half-sisters, Sandra Bridgers of Selma and Diane Griffin of Kenly; half-brother, Chad Young; brother-in-law, Ricky Massengill and wife, Susan of Benson; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home from 10:00AM – 10:45AM Wednesday prior to the service and other times at the home of Ricky and Susan Massengill, 81 Parker’s Point Drive, Benson.

Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to Four Oaks Fire Department, P. O. Box 691, Four Oaks, NC 27524.
