Obituary for Betty Bankston Betty Bankston passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Charles Bankston. Mother of Gary Bankston, Linda Mart (the late Joseph), and the late Kevin Bankston.

Daughter of the late Claudia and Joseph Neil. Sister of Jerry Neil. Grandmother of Hilary Cheramie, Kevin Bankston, Jr., Kristen Mart, Joseph Bankston, and Gary Bankston, Jr. Great grandmother of Keria Bankston, Kayden and Kamryn Bergman, and Kyle Johnson.

She was a dietician employed at West Jefferson Medical Center and a lifelong resident of Marrero. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 7pm. Visitation will be held from 4pm until 8pm.
