Betty Hall Frampton, 97, of Pleasant Grove passed away peacefully on Monday, December 24, 2018. She was born November 21, 1921 in American Fork, Utah, the oldest daughter of eleven children, to Oscar Hurst and Nida Mary Adamson Hall. She married Eugene Kenneth Frampton on March 14, 1941 in Provo, Utah.

Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1955 on their wedding anniversary. Betty grew up in Highland and graduated from American Fork High School. When Eugene was serving in the Pacific Theater during WWII, Betty worked at Geneva Steel to support her family and the war effort.

Betty also worked 19 years at the Utah State Training School in American Fork and for Alpine School District in the school lunch program at Central Elementary School in Pleasant Grove. After her retirement, she enjoyed traveling, working in her yard, and attending the temple. She is survived by her five daughters: Betty Jean Baxter, Katherine (Stephen) Covalt, Susan (Ronald) Stephens, Shauna (Wayne) Frandsen, and Carrie (Robert) Godfrey; 15 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren; siblings James (Faye) Hall, Robert Hall, Ella Mae Hansen, Jay (Barbara) Hall, and Keith (Colleen) Hall.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Eugene; great grandchildren Jessica Frandsen and Colton Connelly and son-in-law, Bradley Baxter. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:30-10:45 am prior to services.

Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.
