Betty Jean McAfee Theuerl, 76, of Rostraver Township, died Monday, September 17, 2018 in Allegheny General Hospital. Born in Webster on August 28, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Paphillio and Eva Mae (Tate) Campos. Betty Jean was retired from Westmoreland Manor where she was a Certified Nurse’s Aide.

She was a member of the Covenant Christian Church and loved spending time with her family; she also liked to travel. She is survived by her husband, David F. Theuerl; daughter, Brenda M. (Christopher) Russo of Derwood, MD; sons, Albert D. (Linny) Mee of Rochester, NY and John H. (Karen) McAfee IV of Donora; grandchildren, Sabrina McAfee, Jesse Baker, Erika Russo, Megan Russo, Cameron Russo, Haylie Anthony, Laine Mee, Noelle Mee and Austin Mee; siblings, Virginia (Albert) Richnafsky of Fellsburg, Richard Baumgardner of Webster, Louise Kirkpatrick of Charleroi and Kenneth Leasure of Fellsburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Darrell E. Mee; and sisters, Ruth Ann Campos and Cheryl Pranke.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www. jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Blessing Service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti officiating.

Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery.
