Obituary for Betty Josephine Steading Lynch Betty Josephine Steading Lynch, 81, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at her home. Born August 28, 1937, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Clevier Mae Cook Steading and widow of Olin D. Lynch. She was a member of Arkwright Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Olin Darrell Lynch of Watertown, NY; daughter, Cathy Ann Lanford of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Chad, Joey, Brent, Zach and Josh Lynch and Casey Parker; great-grandchildren, Max, Zoe, Ella, Ethan, Carter, Addie, Caleb, Chole, Kaindence, Penny and Zoe; sister, Mary Loveless and brother, Walt Steading of Myrtle Beach, SC. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, George Daniel Lynch. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Graveside services will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 at 12 noon in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 797 Old Georgia Road, Moore, SC 29369, conducted by the Rev. Andy Case.
