Obituary for V. Frank Dill V. Frank Dill, 65, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born January 30, 1953, in Spartanburg, he was the son of Betty Jean Foster Dill of Spartanburg, SC and the late David Dill. A U. S. Army veteran and graduate of Spartanburg Technical College, Frank was a member of Canaan Baptist Church and was formerly employed with Warptek.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Rhonda Edens Dill; step-children, Heather Brown Eckert (Levi) of Greenville, SC and Christopher Brown of Taylors, SC; and grandchildren, Caleb Brown and Ethan Brown. He was predeceased by his brothers, Nate Dill and Gene Dill; sister, Susan Dill Kennedy; paternal grandparents, Jim and Ella Pearson Dill; and maternal grandparents, Oland A. and Helen Vinson Foster. Services will be held at a later date.
