Obituary for Betty L. Sanders Betty L. Sanders, 75, of Orleans, passed away at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Paoli Health and Living Community. She was born November 13, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of Robert Harley and Mary Ruth (Alexander) Cassidy. She married Kenneth Sanders on March 7, 1959 and he survives.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Mitchell and a homemaker. She is survived by her husband of Orleans; four sons, Kenneth E. (Sonni) Sanders of Paoli, Marlon D. Sanders of Orleans, Roy (Dena) Sanders of Dubois and Troy Sanders of Paoli; two daughters, Debra S. (Everett) Best of Paoli and Sheila Tinkle of West Baden; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three brothers, Perry, Denny and Gerald (Pat) Cassidy; five sisters; Flora Hall, Rosetta Hudson, Aggie Watson, Hazel Bush and Linda Grissom; one step brother, Steven Sons and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers Don and Gene Cassidy.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Orleans. Friends are invited to visitation at Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home in Orleans on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
