Betty Lou Huckaba, 83, of Florence, died July 15, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Alta-Vista, Kansas and was a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 12 Noon -2:00 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rodney Rice officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Dora Staatz; brothers, J.D. and Dale Staatz. Survivors include her husband, William Huckaba; daughters, Sharon Huckaba, Carolyn Stults (Horace) and Janice King (Roger); brother, Melvin Dean Staatz of Manhattan, Kansas; sisters, Bonnie Staatz of Lorton, Virginia and Barbara Heidenrick of Attica, Indiana; grandchildren, Calvin and Clint Stults, Shane Dodd, Jill Garrett, Daniel and Colby King; great-grandchildren, Trace and Payton Stults, Doss Garrett, and Maci King. Serving as pallbearers will be Payton Stults, Trace Stults, Colby King, Daniel King, Shane Dodd, and Clint Stults.

Serving as an honorary pallbearer will be Bo Garrett.
