OBITUARY Betty P. Miller December 27, 1923 – November 30, 2018 Ms. Betty Porr Miller, age 94, of Locust Grove, GA passed away November 30, 2018. Mrs. Miller was born in Easton, Ohio the daughter of the late Anna Mary Bechtol Porr and Albert Daniel Porr. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Dwight Greer Miller; sister, Doris (Whitehead) Neiswander, Norma Vinez Corney, and Alice Haller; brothers, Dale, Philip, George, William, Gerald, Albert Jr., Robert, Duane, Hubert and Norman Porr.

Mrs. Miller graduated from Doylestown High School and was married in 1942. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Miller attended the Locust Grove United Methodist Church until her declining health.

She and her late husband enjoyed playing tennis, camping, fishing, traveling, and playing cards. Mrs. Miller was known for her cooking and needle work. Survivors are her children, Joan and John Pope of Locust Grove, Randall and Catherine Miller of Buckhannon, WV, Theodore Miller of Nashville, TN and Charles and Sue Miller of Barberton, OH; she was blessed with 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
