Beulah’s Obituary Beulah Kathleen Sautter passed away peacefully on March 14, 2019 at the age of 88 in Bridge Hospice of Bowling Green, Ohio. She was born on January 10, 1931 in Weston, Ohio to Clara and Jay Tolles. She was the fifth of their thirteen children.

She married Victor Sautter on July 1, 1950. They had six children: Loren (Teresa), Vickie Digby (Joe), Kevin (Jill), Tim (Kris), Kathy Asmus (Mark), Lisa Wensink (Dan). She had 14 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Beulah is survived by her brothers: Dick, Lee, and Dutch; sisters: Dorothy Law, Lucille Barton, and Betty Gordon. Beulah was preceded in death by her husband Victor, son Tim and siblings Ruth Duval, Al, Donna Thielman, Paul, Lorabel Apger, and Jim. Beulah graduated from Whitehouse High School in 1949.

She retired in 1994 from Clevite in Napoleon after working there for 28 years. She was member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Beulah loved to quilt and do embroidery.

She cherished holidays, camping with family, and spending every year at the Wood Co. Fair. She spent many years on weekly bowling leagues and square dancing with Vic. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren while they competed and performed in many activities.

Visitation for Beulah will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in the Wright-Hanneman Funeral Home, 24084 W. Second Street, Grand Rapids, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 11:00 AM with interment to immediately follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery. Memorial Contributions in Beulah’s honor may be gifted to the Calvary United Methodist Church or the Wood County Clover Legacy Foundation.
