Beulah Louise Smith Fuller, 88, of St. Charles, KY passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018 at her home. She was born in St. Charles, KY on August 21, 1930 to the late Benjamin Thomas Smith and Lucy Evans Sneed Smith. She was of the Christian faith.

She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Boone Fuller in 2012; a sister, Mary Grace Blankenship; and a brother, Cleveland Smith. She is survived by her eight children: Andria Willis and her husband, Pierce, of Madisonville, KY, Janet Herndon and her husband, Allen, of Nortonville, KY, Sharon Frankin and her husband, Loyd, of St. Charles, KY, Cynthia Dame and her husband, Roger, of Nortonville, KY, Sandra Reynolds and her fiancée Mike Meehan, of St. Charles, KY, Hope Stillwell and her husband, Jerald, of St. Charles, KY, Anthony Fuller and his wife, Gilda, of St. Charles, KY, and Lamond Fuller and his wife, Norma, of St. Charles, KY; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 11:00 am at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Bro. Paul Brewer officiating and burial to follow at Fuller Family Cemetery in St. Charles, KY. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and from 9:00 am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
