Billie grew up and attended school in Elmore City. He served his country in the U. S. Army.

Billie worked in commercial refrigeration for many years and worked with auctions. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, his horses, reading, and watching westerns. Mr. Burcham is survived by: Son: Lonie Burcham and Rhonda of Moore, Oklahoma 2 daughters: Karen Burcham McClure of Guthrie, Oklahoma Katrina Reed of Lubbock, Texas 2 sisters: Amy Reynolds and Emmett of Floral City, Florida Marquita Johnson-Bailey of Ft.
